Hérisson Syrah reuse bottle

Vines are located between Béziers and Nîmes. This extended area gives a wide diversity of soils (clay-limestone soils, stony terraces, rolled pebbles).

Hérisson Biodynamic

Vines are located in the Gard region, north-east of Nîmes. The terroir is mostly clay and limestone. The vineyard is cultivated according to biodynamics methods : input of organic matter, no chemical inputs, use of biodynamic preparations (CBMT-500-501), herbal teas dispersion during growing season.

Cuvée le Soleiller rosé

Vines are located between Nîmes and Arles. The terroir is composed of clay soils with a high proportion of siliceous rolled pebbles. Close to the Camargue, the vineyard benefits from the influence of sea breezes, preserving grapes freshness during summer season.
