Roussanne

Roussanne is a grape variety from the Drôme, recognized for its nobility and producing white wines of great elegance. Its aromas are fine and complex: floral notes of honeysuckle and narcissus. The nose also evokes notes of fruit and spices: apricot, honey, quince. The palate is ample, rich and of great finesse. The finish is punctuated by a beautiful aromatic power. Mainly planted in the Rhône valley but also in our Languedoc vineyard, this grape variety is often used as a complement to blending to provide more aromatic complexity. It is also found abroad in the Californian vineyard and in Australia (Victoria Valley and South Australia).
