Production:  The beautiful blend is made with organically grown grapes from the Pays d’OC area- South of France. Mediterranean climate and chalky-clay terroir. Night harvesting to preserve the aromas and freshness. 

Tasting Notes: With a wihte yellow hue with green hints, this wine is intensely fruity with pineapple and mango notes. The mouth is fresh and intense. Beautiful aromatic presistence

Wine and Food pairing: Serve at 8-10°C, as an aperitif or with grilled prawns, sushis or with a Fish and Chips.
