Production :  North-East of Béziers, in South of France. Traditional vinification with control of temperature.

Tasting  Notes : Wtih a dark red colour and purpple tints, this wine is mineral and fruity. It has aromas of black and red soft fruits. The mouth is very well-balanced with silky tannins.

Wine and Food pairing : Serve at 16-18°C with pork, red meat, like beef, or with cheese.
