Creating organic wines since 1983
and committed
We believe in a holistic approach to viticulture, where Land, vines and Man coexist in perfect harmony. This is why Carole Frelin and her team have imagined pleasurable wines for sharing and laughter, while following organic winegrowing practices that exclude the use of chemicals and promote biodiversity.
Grown in the municipality of Aigues Vives in the Gard department, we use organic farming methods that respect the earth and preserve biodiversity.
Our wines are made from several iconic Languedoc grape varieties, including a resistant variety: Souvignier gris.
Located in the heart of a renowned wine-growing region, our vineyards benefit from a unique microclimate and rich soils: clay-limestone soils, stony terraces and rounded pebbles.
Our commitment to nature, our pursuit of quality and our integrity guide our every action. We practice agroforestry on our plots and are partners of Agroof and Mille Pieds sur Terre. We are also patrons of The SeaCleaners, the association founded by the yachtsman Yvan Bourgnon which is building a catamaran to collect plastic from the oceans.
All our wines are certified organic by Ecocert. Some of our cuvées are also grown biodynamically and have the Demeter label, while others are grown using the natural method and are certified Vin Méthode Nature.
We only sell our wines on a B2B basis, and you can find them in most organic specialist stores, cafés, hotels and restaurants.
